1. Acceptance of Terms By requesting, accessing, or using ribbonsorter.com or the JROTC Ribbon Sorter creation service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. 2. Services Provided This website provides free custom JROTC ribbon sorter tools for JROTC programs across the country. Tools are built using the specific graphics and information provided by school personnel. 3. Authorized Requests & School Turnover Staff Authority: I assume all requests are made by authorized school employees or JROTC instructors. I prefer to hear directly from the SAI/AI before taking any action. Staff Turnover: I have been providing this service for over 25 years and I have learned that high school staff changes frequently. You may wonder why you see a ribbon sorter here for your program and the person that requested it is long gone. Unlike a paid service where the music stops the moment the money dries up, I have no way of knowing your status unless you let me know. Therefore, your sorter could potentially continue to live a happy life on my server even after you have decided to go in a different direction. Decommissioning: If new staff members do not wish to use the service or want a previously created sorter removed, I will take the sorter down promptly. Please email your takedown request to sabershooter@hotmail.com . I check this email address once or twice a month, so don't get all butt-hurt if you do not hear from me immediately. 4. Intellectual Property & Content School Content: Your school retains all rights to the custom logos and specific school data you provide. License: You grant me a non-exclusive license to host and display your provided graphics solely for your school's sorter and ribbon challenge game. Site Content: The underlying code, design, and structure of the ribbon sorter tool remain my property. You can eat for free, but you can't take the silverware. 5. No User Data or Accounts Data Privacy: This site does not collect, store, or track any personal user data. If you are good enough at the ribbon challenge game, you may have an opportunity to enter your initials for the scoreboard, but I wouldn't know you from Adam. I'm not selling anything and I get nothing from this website other than the satisfaction of having assisted fellow humans on my path through this life. No Accounts: There are no user accounts, passwords, or logins required to use the ribbon sorter. 6. Disclaimer of Affiliation No Official Affiliation: This website is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the United States Military, the Department of War, or any specific branch of the armed forces. 7.
